So I had a vundo/dropper.agent.dgo problem that I think Papakid has helped me remove mostly.
But I am unable to complete the steps necessary to secure my computer because I keep getting errors with the installer service. Some things I can install and some things I can't. I also have no sound, nor is my printer recognized.

I've already tried everything from this link:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555175/en-us to no avail.
The results along with a fresh HJT log are near the end of my original post

If anyone is interested in helping me with my problem it would be greatly appreciated. Sure I could reformat. But if I do that then the terrorists win and my 40 days of agony will be in vain. Thank you in advance.

Hello +duracell-,

I see that your HiJack This thread is still active. Given that, you should follow the advice only of your helper, in this case PapaKid, to keep from confusing things. If you haven't already, please post about your Msi issue in your HiJack thread.

Orange Blossom
Help us help you. If HelpBot replies, you MUST follow step 1 in its reply so we know you need help.

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
