I'm not an official computer tech but I work on hundreds of computers each year installing hardware and software and, the reason I'm here today, troubleshooting spyware, virus issues. I usually handle them locally but, apparently, eveyone is as stumped as I am with Win32.Trojandownloader.Zlob.
