Help! Don't Know What Happen

I've restarted my computer and it's still there however it now opens the local drives but on a separate window. I checked the folder options if it is configured that way but on the browse folders, it is in the same window. i also checked the task manager, i think it has something to do with wscript.exe

when i looked at every local drives, i can see four new files in every drive namely:

autorun (setup information)
__.bat (ms-dos batch file)
__.reg (registration entries)
__.vbs (vbscript script file)

so basically that's the problem, am i already infected?
please help me solve this prob, thanks
btw i tried scanning for virus using eset nod32 but sadly i didn't find any
