Have you tried to boot into safe mode and then scan with your Antivirus tool ?

How to enter safe mode(XP)
Using the F8 Method

Restart your computer.
When the machine first starts again it will generally list some equipment that is installed in your machine, amount of memory, hard drives installed etc. At this point you should gently tap the F8 key repeatedly until you are presented with a Windows XP Advanced Options menu.
Select the option for Safe Mode using the arrow keys.
Then press enter on your keyboard to boot into Safe Mode.
Do whatever tasks you require and when you are done reboot to boot back into normal mode.

Ok I don't want to be yelling at you but you are living dangerously.
Here's what I want you to do
First run this on line scan
ESET Online Scanner

Next dowload and save to desktop SUPERAntiSpyware
Open from Icon, Install and Update it..DO NOT run Yet
Reboot into Safe Mode (as described in post above). Perform a Complete scan of your C drive
Quarantine all items found. This may take more than an hour
NOW ...
retrieve the removal information after reboot, launch SUPERAntispyware again.
Click Preferences, then click the Statistics/Logs tab.
Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
If there are several logs, click the current dated log and press View log.
A text file will open in your default text editor.
Please copy and paste the Scan Log results in your next reply.
Click Close to exit the program.

Next Go here and download and install a FREE Antivirus program (AntiVir or AVG)
Freeware Replacements
Scan your PC again with that.

POST back the log..Tell me how the PC is working now
Good Luck

Well, a virus and spyware check is definitely the first thing to do.

Very, very important to use an AntiVius. there are good AV's in the net that are free of charge. Also I would recommend a Good Antispyware program. and a Firewall. Not having this will make your PC very easy to hack, and since the internet is a War Zone you MUST have this type of software in your PC.

I personally use Avast as a Antivirus, SpyBot Search & Destroy and Sygate Firewall. There is a Pro version for Avast, but the free one is very good. Sygate is not free but you can get many free online.

Free AV's in Google.
Free Spywares in Google.
free FireWalls in Google.

Check them out and see what will satisfy your needs.

Good Luck

Can you please post the logs so we can see what the trojan and spyware are? This will help us provide you with further instructions.
