This programs was made by the cyperlinkcorp but that is all I can find out. It has no description but it sits in my computer and takes up cpu and memory.

I know that this is not any kind of malware, and I trust the maker.

All I really need to know is if it is safe to remove this from startup?

Thanks all.

My guess is that it is for streaming videos to UPNP devices. Probably safe to disable.
