Noob Help With Banker Z Trojan

Noob here:

Per my CA Antispam it has picked up the Banker Z Trojan and of course each time it gets removed is comes back up with the following entries:

Having a hard time searching the next for a fix on this one so any help you can give I will be most gracious!!!
