Removal of clean up tools after a successful clean up

This is probably a dumb question but, do I need to uninstall/delete
Hijack This, Aboutbuster, cw shredder,ADSS spy. and Del Domain
after a successful cleanup?

You do not NEED to, but you can safely uninstall/remove these tools.
