I have a nasty Vundo-infection that I can't seem to get rid of. Have tried everything (and then some) suggested on the "read this first"-topic, but to no avail. Here's my HiJackThis log:

One further problem is that I have Spybot telling me it has a registry entry that some unknown program wants to perform, screenshot:

Since I suspected this was due to the worm, I denied it. A couple more followed, and after denying the third one, it kept on trying to perform the register change, and getting blocked by Spybot. This just kept on going until I had to press the power switch to get it to stop. After restarting, I still get a message from Spybot telling me there's another registry change in progress, but I have stayed off this one for now (which is probably why I'm even able to write this...). Here's a screenshot of that warning:

I really hope you can help me!!

Well, I finally got this one fixed, here's what I did:

I told HiJackThis to fix the following line:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5AAF23D8-4489-43D8-A064-319D1254ABCA} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\iifdbxw.dll

I then ran a full scan with Combofix, and that seemed to have cleared everything up.
