Hello

I want to know is rundll32.exe is a virus or part of window?

When i try to run rundll32.exe [ start>run ]' there is no respond '

My problem is when i try to open "IE" it does not response in mid way, close IE through Task Manager and try to open it again it does not open.

After restart when i try to open 'IE', rundll32.exe appeared few second and it disappeared before "IE" start.

RunDLL32.exe is a legit Windows file that loads .dll files which too can be legit or malware related. To track down what Rundll32.exe is executing, just follow the instructions provided for using the command: tasklist /m /fi "IMAGENAME eq rundll32.exe" >C:\rundll32.txt

That's the message you will get if Rundll32.exe is not executing any tasks. Nothing unusal about that.

Your problem lies elsewhere. What version of IE are you using?

I had Internet Explorer 7 but i uninstall due to this problem, now i am using 6.2900.2180
