Welcome to BC likedamatrix :flowers:

I understand your frustration. Let me point out that the number of views doesn't mean that those views are by members of BC or are by competent malware removal staff. For example, the view number includes those by guests. To complicate things, your initial post is in a forum designated for HiJack This logs. Only members of the HiJack This team and certain staff can reply to those posts. I have notified appropriate staff so your post can be moved to the proper location so you can get the assistance you need. Please be patient while we get this sorted out.

It would also be helpful if you provided more specific detail of what the problems are with your computer and what operating system you use. The more information we have, the better we can help you.

Please take the time to read this topic about making posts and familiarize yourself with the board rules.

Please post any additional information about your computer problems as a reply to this topic.

Orange Blossom
Help us help you. If HelpBot replies, you MUST follow step 1 in its reply so we know you need help.

I've merged your two topics together, as the one in the HJT logs and malware removal didn't have a HJT log attached to it.

As Orange Blossom said, please try to include some more information so that others may help you. It's difficult for anyone to help when they don't have specifics to go off of.

If you can't get your computer to get past the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death), then post in the appropriate section HERE (according to what ever operating system you have installed).

Also, as for receiving help, please remember that this is a 100% volunteer forum, so any help you receive is from someone that is kind enough to volunteer their time to help you.
