I keep getting a pop up down on the bottom right of my screen that says "System Alert: Trojan-Spy.Win 32@mx" Then I get all sorts of pop ups for Spyware removal. It is so frustrating and I can not get rid of it. I have run Trend Micro Housecall and it removed a few things. I did not realize that it would be helpful to write it down. In reading through the boards I downloaded HijackThis and ran it. Here is what the logs says:

Hi,
sorry for the delay. Welcome to BleepingComputer. My name is Rosty and I'm going to help you with your log.

I see Viewpoint is installed..

Viewpoint Manager is considered as foistware instead of malware since it is installed without users approval but doesn't spy or do anything "bad". This will change from what we know.

I suggest you remove the program now. Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and remove the following programs if present:
Viewpoint
Viewpoint Manager
Viewpoint Media Player
and anything thats viewpoint related!!
Also remove the next:
AntiSpywareShield --> AntiSpywareShield is a misleading application described as a spyware removal utility that may give exaggerated reports about potential risks on the computer.

Next,
please open HijackThis, click do a scan only and place a check next to the following entries:

R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Search_URL = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/...//www.yahoo.com
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/.../search/ie.html
R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://red.clientapps.yahoo.com/customize/...//www.yahoo.com
R3 - URLSearchHook: Yahoo! Toolbar - {EF99BD32-C1FB-11D2-892F-0090271D4F88} - C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Companion\Installs\cpn\yt.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - rsion - (no file)
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [AntiSpywareShield] C:\Program Files\AntiSpywareShield\AntiSpywareShield.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Policies\Explorer\Run: [some] C:\Program Files\Online Add-on\icthis.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Utility Tray.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\system32\sistray.exe
O4 - Global Startup: Microsoft Office.lnk = C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\OSA.EXE

Close all other windows and browsers, except Hijackthis, and click Fix Checked. Close HijackThis.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri)
Extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your Desktop.

Double-click smitfraudfix.exe
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply togheter with a new HijackThis log.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
