Problem Deleting Malware: Cryptne.dll

I have Kaspersky Antivirus 7.0 and is showing a message that there is a trojan that can`t be deleted. I`ve tried with killbox to eliminate C:\Windows\System32\Cryptne.dll and also ComboFix (i don`t know if it was dangerous to use this kind of software...) but still no luck at all. I notice that the user Charlie929 had the same problem and you solved it. I tried to follow the same instructions but i couldn`t download the OTMoveIT because the link doesn`t work.
