Silly question here......................I can I get rid of the Yahoo Tool bar? I have gone into my add/remove programs and removed it and it still shows up

Hey Jim.

Are you using Internet Explorer? If you are just right-click somewhere in the toolbar area and un-tick any toolbar you wish to remove. If you are using any other browser please specify which one.

I am using Firefox. I have tried right clicking......................no go

There are two ways to remove the Yahoo! Toolbar for Mozilla Firefox.

I hate how you get toolbars bundled with firefox. I like to add them myself :thumbsup:

That's why, when you download anything, and the program offers Express or Recommended install or Custom, you should choose Custom. When choosing the Custom install, you will usually be given the option to install toolbars, add to startup menu and such
