getting this error in IE7

getting this error in the desktop

Host Process for Windows Services stopped working aned was closed.
A prolem caused the application tos top working correctly Windows will notify you if a solution is available.

Hola, Richie.

I got really frusterated and did a clean install of the OS to find that I still was getting this problem, except it had spread to several other applications as well. I did some searching and they all had a stack_hash error. I did some more research on that and it turned out that my problem was caused by Nvidia Application Manager. I have since then removed the program and all my problems went with it.
