Has anyone met something like this before? I have Vista Home Premium. Some of my directories - those which are used by the system such as "documents and settings" - now show up on Explorer with a little arrow (as if they were a shortcut) and have had access denied to everyone. By changing properties I have made MOST of them accessible again, but can't get rid of the arrows. Any clues out there please? All the best, Perism00

I believe that the shortcuts are meant to be there, If you want to remove the arrows on the files, you will need a tweaking program.
