Hello, I am a long time lurker, but now I have time to get involved and help if I can.

This site is the single greatest resource I have found for removing malware from PC's on the internet. It's amazing that people will go out and pay for further expensive anti-spyware software that make claims to resolve problems that actually don't fix the problem and even make things worse, when a fix is here in a tutorial and usually freeware patches. I tell people with spyware issues about this site all the time and I am hoping I can be a contributor of value. I absolutely hate malware and all it's representations. I have dealt with it for many many years from it's simple addition to the "run" registry keys to now where these sleaze merchants turn off system restore and hook to your logon, and even worse. I have lots of patience and compassion for the average user trying to remove this stuff, it's not easy anymore.

Thank you, you guys are doing an awesome job.

Naturally, your help in areas where you have expertise is always welcome.
