Hi

I have an issue following a recent install of Norton AV and Firewall on my new PC.

After updating Norton AV and Firewall the Windows Mail will not download mail and gives me a Socket Error 10061 message. I have disabled my Firewall and enabled the Vista Firewall and this resloves the issue but I have the annoying Red problem symbol on my task bar now for Norton...

Can anyone suggest how I can resolve the Socket Error issue and go back to Norton only.

Just for info the Norton comes free from my ISP and is Norton 2006.

Cheers

Si
