So last week at work I had to re-image 20 Dell notebooks. I installed Windows on one of them, made an image of that drive, and then used that image to install on the other 19. Worked like a charm.

Basically what I did was:

1. Insert Ghost 2003 CD
2. Boot from CD
3. Install USB 2.0 drivers
4. Then used Ghost to make the image and store it on the external hard drive that was hooked up

Now, we just got an Acer Aspire 5520 from Best Buy the other night, way on clearance sale. I wanted to do this same thing to make an image of the disk, but it just doesn't seem to work. If I choose to load the USB 2.0 drivers, NOTHING happens, it just sits there on that screen. If I choose to load the USB 1.1 drivers, it seems like it does everything, but then the keyboard doesn't work for me to start the programs and stuff.
