In some off beat way I can understand this guys point,but on the other hand:

Re your post Hostfix would you please edit and provide a link to the site so the members can secure information before choosing to actually download and use. And a link to the download page instead of .exe and .zip.

If anyone has doubts,Grinler has the source code and knows what my program does. I only offer an option and not forcing anyone to use my software.

Its a valid program... I examined the source code and does not do anything wrong. Just replaced the hosts file with the default generic one that comes with windows xp

That file is now on my machine.

looks OK to me, and I remember the generic one because I replaced it not long ago with the one that yours replaced.

come to think of it, I did retrace my steps because I expected to download, then install.

its there, its good. (I guess) LOL

BTW, pleased to meet you, Raw...I get a kick out of your signature.
