I had a message that Roxio needed to be updated, it would then ask for the disk that we didn't have, I would close it-cancel it x it out but it would not stay shut down it continued to try and load. i mistakenly went to the registry and started to delete roxio occurences to delte the problem. It did not work. It caused more problems. Not a program called sonic wants to load. It exhibits the same symptoms of the roxio deal.
I downloaded adaware from lavasoft and it won't install because it say that another program is trying to install, when I cntrl alt del to see what is open, nothing is there. I have not run inot this before. HELP!!!

Try installing the programs in safe mode and run them there as well.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
