On my desktop is the Recycling bin. When I right click on it asks do you want to delete these "XP3Dflip". Well the weird thing is there is nothing inside of it to start with and then when I go to Empty Recycle Bin I get an error that says.

Error Deleting File or Folder

Cannot delete Dc232: Access is denied.

Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

If I open the Recycle Bin then manually delete the files inside it works because pressing the empty recycle bin button inside it doesn't work either.
