I have had a refurbished imedia MC i9906 computer since 20th December and all it keeps doing is crashing and saying STOP a process or thread crucial to system operation has unexpectedly exited or been terminated, giving me these error codes
000000F4 (00000003, 0x86ADB798, 0x86ADB90C, 0x805D11F8)
can anyone tell me what to do please. I do not have a Windows XP Cd recovery/boot disk as the software was pre-installed and the system says it cannot make one. Sometimes it works for about 15 minutes before it crashes, other times it goes straight to blue screen. I ran Tune up utilities to check for problems, but it could not find anything to solve this problem. Any ideas please.
Thanks

Welcome to BC
Did any type of warranty come with this refurbished PC? When you turn the PC on, how far do you get in the boot process before it blue screens. Does it get to Windows at all? If yes, what are you doing exactly when it blue screens?

Having grandkids is God's way of giving you a 2nd chance because you were too busy working your butt off the 1st time around
