I am not good at computer. I think

a ssp-y-waree or a vvi-russ has infected my computer. It requested to connect my computer without my approval. It even automatically closes my requested-to-open IE windows if that window contains words like "ssppyywwaarree" or "vviirruuss"

What should I do? Any one can help clean up my computer?

Thanks a lot

Let me ask what Antivirus and spyware applications are installed? What OS? Have you run any scans from safe mode?
Did "IT" have a name? These things will make the next steps easier.
How do I get help? Who is helping me?For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear....Become a BleepingComputer fan: Facebook
