I recently had to have Windows XP Home-SP2 reinstalled on my system as the other one had become very corrupted.
Now when I press the caps lock key I no longer get a "beep" that I am in caps lock. The light on my keyboard does come on tho, but I would really like to have the tone notification back also. I've looked in my control panel under keyboard+audio, but can't seem to find a place to remedy this. Can someone here please direct me to where+how I may do this?

I tend not to use HP support as I don't find good help there. I'm sure someone here at B.C. will have the perfect solution
Thank you

Here are two links that should help you turn your caps lock warning back on.

Easier to show you than explain it all.

Thank you so much for your quick response! I guess there are a few things I have to recheck now that Windows has been reinstalled on my CPU. Thank's again!
I thought the logical place for this to show up would have been in the keyboard section. Do I need to take a college course or what?!

Thanks from me too. I've needed the Caps lock warning and never knew about it.
