When i on the power, the HDD light's light up constantly. The computer does not boot up and the display show nothing.

What is the possible problem with the computer??

Well, I know this sounds basic, but it could just be something to do with your video connection. Is the monitor on? Is it hooked up tightly? Free of dust? Does it work on other computers? Is the video card new? If not, the drivers may not be up to date. Did you recently make any major changes to hardware or software? All this is helpful in making a diagnosis.
