Explorer Is Restarting -help!

Hi All ,

I'm ranning XP Pro OS SP2 and my explorer.exe is restarting all the time . I think it is somekind of virus or spyware .

Thanks . I still need help .
I do not getting explorer to restart now , but a new problem came-up : Port 443 is blocked some I can not log in to webmails sites and can not update any applications that has DB like ADAware \avast .
I suspect the following lin efrom the log :
