Please describe your problem. I don't see anything else wrong in your log.

Run HijackThis!, press Scan, and put a check mark next to all these:

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = about:blank

Close all other windows and browsers, and press the Fix Checked button.

REBOOT and post a new log please.
