Mozilla Wont Connect

I have mozilla installed on my laptop. Internet explorer can connect to the net via my router, but mozilla for some reason can't. any ideas?

ive checked every thing. i have even trien installing the opera browser and it wont connect. i tired running all of my spy/adware stuff, but nothing is working.
