hi, just got a new set of dolby 5.1 speakers for a computer which was previously running 2.1. the subwoofer, centre speaker and the front speakers all work fine, but the rear ones do not. I have messed round with all of the cables and all of the speakers work, just not all at the same time. I have looked around the audio properties and config for speakers under windows XP and they're all set to 5.1, but it is still not working.

Most likely a cable issue. You positive all the cables are plugged in properly?
