Hello there,

I wonder if any of you can help me with a strange internet problem which may be related to a virus or to some sort of system issue. A few weeks ago, I started getting all kinds of pop-ups, which eventually became unbearable. I managed to track part of the problem to a Vundo virus which I (seemingly) successfully removed yesterday (after using Spybot, Ad-Aware, BitDefender and VundoFix). However, there is still one major problem. For some reason, once I reboot my computer, I can stay online for only about 10 minutes (after the computer is turned on, not after the connection is established). Then to return to the internet, I have to reboot again, and so on. The strange part is that I no longer have any of those pop-ups, and the computer is working well in every other sense. But obviously, it's not very practical to turn off your computer every 10 minutes in order to return to the internet. By the way, this is affecting both the Explorer and Firefox browsers. The problem actually began when an IT person tried correcting that pop-up situation.

Below is the HijackThis Log of my computer a few minutes ago. Any idea what this problem might be? And any suggestion for how to solve it? I would be most appreciative of any advice.

Thank you in advance,

Sania05
