Can anyone tell me how to allow videos with parental control turned 'on'?

I have set up parental controls for my teen, but it will not allow her to watch any videos (you tube, weather videos etc.).

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

If you do not have an administrative account set up for yourself please do so. Go here to learn how.
Also you must have user account control enabled. The user account control will ask you for an administrative password and then allow you to continue.
Thank you.
