I decided to upgrade from hotmail to something that i could assess from a email client and picked a free POP3 server from HotPOP. I got my account and set it up to exact specifications that were needed for HotPOP. I received email without trouble but when i went to send it gave me an error that said it couldn't connect to the SMTP server. I went over the setup guide from hotPOP a couple of times and still got the same server error. The reading a help topic i saw that my router could be blocking the access, so i set it up to allow the server access. Again i tried to send a email and again i got a server error. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
