no icons no taskbar

try pressing CRTL ALT and DELETE on your keyboard
then click on file
new task(RUN)
Type in explorer.exe
click ok
see if explorer opens
it may have to be restarted

I can open things off of the task manager, but I have a simliar problem. My desktop does not have anything on it, and I can't right click. I have tried restarting, but it is the same thing all over again. Any suggestions?
