My suggestion would be to check out the Redhat support forums. Wireless adapters are hard to set up, and the best place to go for specific information would be right to Redhat. Of course, there may be someone here that can help you.. I can't think of anyone right off though.

That is not an easy wireless card to get working under Linux. I've had various problems with different distros and that card. I do have it working now with PCFluxboxOS but prior to that nearly every distro I tried would either lock up or not allow ndiswrapper to install the driver. You might give the latest live cd of PCLOS a shot, it should work.
