I just found out that the Search Result page > Search does not always work,

Theres an article here;

Windows XP - search NOT finding files

Further I found out that there seems to be a differences between Service packs and Updates from the services of Microsoft.

any comments on the differences, . . if any, . . will be appreciated.

I searched for SoundMax and zilch, I know there present !

I mean that if I am receiving automatic updates, then how did this happen to me ?
