Need Help Deciding New Mobo/processor

list of components for my desktop:

psu: hiper 480w
video card: geforce 7900 gs pci-e
ram: 2x512 pc4200

what kind of motherboard and processor should i get that could be compatible with these parts? I have a budget of around 200-250 dollars and im looking to get at least a dual core processor. any suggestions welcome

can they all take ddr2 533? and i have no idea what the difference between any of these mobos are.

I think I would go for the DFI board there. Its well priced, has lots of PCI slots, and supports quite a bit of stuff. I don't think you're planning on getting anything higher than 667 speed RAM either, so it shouldn't matter. It can take lower stuff.

Then maybe this processor:

well the ram that i have off my old computer is 2x512mb ddr2 533. do you suggest i get more ram as well? also i just realized that the dfi board is too big for my casing so im looking for a micro atx
