My roommate had NO security on her laptop and so I downloaded a firewall and AVG and a Spyware program. It uncovered three trojan horses, one with the file name ian_monitor.exe that has completely torn her computer apart and is an information Trojan, (I recently discovered). I also found a false program Spam Blocker Utility which had been on her computer since purchased and who knows what it was doing. I am no longer able to access the internet because the USB doesn't sense the Verizon hardware for the internet port. I un-installed the Firewall and re-installed windows firewall, I also purchased a trojan remover and file scanner which removed 928 registry viruses, 7 memory viruses, and 59 file viruses. PLEASE help if at all possible. I have already tried to PC recover for the day and no luck there. I am continuously getting a pop up message on her computer, but I really can't tell you what it said because my roommate will not let me try to fix it anymore with the belief that I was the meaning behind her problem w/ the laptop. If anyone can help I would sincerely appreciate it. Thank you for your time, ~Kendra ;) :flowers: :inlove:  :trumpet:
