Virtual Memory

I have recently been getting a balloon pop-up telling me that my virtual memory is too low and is being increased.
I have 1024 MB ram,
my page file is set to 1536 initial,3072 max.
When this first started I was also informed that the task manager was disabled by Admin (ME)??
Related??
Am I looking at ram going bad or what please help!

Most often this problem (if it's recurring) is caused by a malfunctioning program that isn't releasing the pagefile when it's done.
Combine this with the Task Manager being disabled by something - I'd suspect malware is to blame.

Try these free, online scans to see if your current protection is compromised:

My browser caused a flood of traffic, sio my IP address was banned. Hope to fix it soon. Will get back to posting as soon as Im able.
