i downloaded a anti virus program and it wasnt even a virus program.. it installed all kinds of trojan or worms onto my computer, after it didnt let me go into my control panel and im getting all kinds of pop ups saying my computer is infected. when i restart my computer it takes very long to load and says a file is missing "shell.exe"....
please help me out. thank you for your time.
