Not sure when this happened but now has become very inconvenient thus my posting. I can play any CD/DVD's, can't import music etc. This is what message i receive when i try to explore a disk for data.

F:\ is not accessible
The request could not be performed because of an I/O Device Error

I'm hoping that one of the much more gifted and incredibly dedicated computer heros can help me figure this thing out.

Thank you

p.s. ready to make a donation

Meant to type "Can't play DVD/....." sorry
