We will be most appreciative of your offer to include us
in your retirement plans, Stephen.

I'm online frequently here due to "semi-retirement".
What I lack in the skills you have,
I try to make up by applying
my time to learning here.

Most of the information I pass along I've learned
by trial & error.

A lot of it has been focused on the problems
we all face to some extent.

Malware related.
OS operations.
Software.

The level of understanding that you have prompts me to point out
that a training program exists here for learning to analyze
the HijackThis! log reports. (HJT) which I guess you've
probably noticed play a large part in advice given
to the folks who post questions.

PM Grinler if you are interested.
He is the Head Bleeper.

If your interest lies in general assistance,
thats cool, too.

The main page displays an index that has a terrific number of links
to more features than your likely going to find anywhere else, I'd say.
News - RSS Feeds - Tutorials - Resources - Startup Database - Chat - Games
Search - Operating Systems - Hardware - Software - Extensive Security Related
General Topics - Emoticons  - Your Control Panel & Assistant - More Changes Daily

Really, time flies when you're having fun & I encorage you to play with the features
and make yourself right at home.

The fighting here is against ignorance in the classic meaning of the word.
One person's knowledge & strength in one area of expertise
is more than likely exactly what another person needs
and ya' never know ... that person my have a
clue in an area your experience might
fall just short of an answer at some
point in time or another.

All of which is to say:

WELCOME :flowers:

I am sure you can be a helpful member here, with that kind of knowledge. This user community's members help one another when they have experience or expertise, and seeks help in areas they do not.
Welcome to BC!

John
