Hi, I'm new to the forum and need a little help. My pc has been running incredibly slow and I can not connect to Internet Explorer. After doing some scans with BitDefender and NAV a few things were removed but I was still having major problems. I looked at the processes and startup services and noticed that bikini.exe and rock.exe were running. I wasn't familiar with these processes so I googled them and found out that they're malware. I've downloaded the HiJackThis program as well as ATF Cleaner and AVG Free Spyware software in preperation for removal. I genuinely appreciate any help offered, here's my HJT log:

Hi and welcome to Bleeping Computer! My name is Sam and I will be helping you.

Please download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.

Prior to running Combofix.exe you should disable your antivirus program and disconnect from the internet.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.

Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
Posted Image If I have helped you in any way, please consider a donation to help me continue the fight against malware.

Failing to respond back to the person that is giving up their own time to help you not only is insensitive and disrespectful, but it guarantees that you will never receive help from me again. Please thank your helpers and there will always be help here when you need it!

Sam, thanks for taking the time to help me sort all of this out. I removed a couple of entries related to a program called SystemDoctor 2006 since I knew for sure it was rogue malware. Since I've done this I'm going to post a new HJT log along with the Combofix log.

Your Java is out of date. Older versions have vulnerabilities that malicious sites can use to infect your system. Please follow these steps to remove older version Java components and update:
  • Download the latest version of Java Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 4 and save it to your desktop.
  • Scroll down to where it says "JJava Runtime Environment (JRE) 6 Update 4...allows end-users to run Java applications".
  • Click the "Download" button to the right.
  • Read the License Agreement and then check the box that says: "Accept License Agreement". The page will refresh.
  • Click on the link to download Windows Offline Installation and save the file to your desktop.
  • Close any programs you may have running - especially your web browser.
  • Go to Start > Settings > Control Panel, double-click on Add/Remove Programs and remove all older versions of Java.
  • Check (highlight) any item with Java Runtime Environment (JRE or J2SE) in the name.
  • Click the Remove or Change/Remove button.
  • Repeat as many times as necessary to remove each Java versions.
  • Reboot your computer once all Java components are removed.
  • Then from your desktop double-click on jre-6u3-windows-i586-p.exe to install the newest version.

I noticed your hijackthis log is from within safe mode.
Please post a log from normal mode for me. How is your computer running now? Any issues?

Failing to respond back to the person that is giving up their own time to help you not only is insensitive and disrespectful, but it guarantees that you will never receive help from me again. Please thank your helpers and there will always be help here when you need it!
