Hi.I need your help!I have noticed that there are some websites that I can not access using wireless and yet the same websites are accessible when I connect my laptop to the router via cable.I have made sure that these websites are not blocked by my firewall program (norton) so I can not understand why they won't open while I'm using the wireless option. The router is a dlink dir 655 and I am using WEP encryption.Anyone out there who can help?I'd really appreciate.

What type of sites are these? I don't mean porno or stuff like that. Are they HTTP or HTTPS? HTTP comes in on port 80 while the HTTPS comes in on port 443. You may have something configured in your router.

Here is a link on how to set up routers. They have instructions for ALL brands.

http://www.portforward.com Go to the Routers section and find your router. Then continue. It will walk you through the process, step by step.

Good luck.
