Trojan Horse

I think I have a trojan horse. I was able to get rid of the malware crush but it has affected my security. Everytime I try to log on to mcafee or ca security my screen goes blank. I tried to download Panda software and it won't let me even go to the site.

If you have access to another computer you can download the program there and put it on a USB drive or email it to yourself. If not then you can try running an online scan:
Trend Micro Housecall (IE/Firefox)
Panda Antivirus Probably won't work if you can't get to the site lol. (IE only)
Bit Defender (IE only)

If nothing works try posting an HJT log. Preparing to post an HJT log
