Hi tomtay,

Do a test to check your internet connection speed: Speakeasy - Speed Test

You could contact the Official PlusNet UserGroup and remember that you have a 45 day trial with Plusnet. If you are not satisfied with your service then Plusnet will pay for you to migrate to another ISP.

~Edit: I see you live in Scotland. Not sure how Speakeasy will work for you.

Those results aren't very good for dsl.
Have look at this topic in Plusnets' Forum, where the OP also has a problem with this product.
Perhaps you could start a topic in that forum, where they deal specifically with Plusnet.

from one of your other threads on this site one might suspect you are doing file sharing and P2P on that computer ?if so you have probably gotten yourself infected and need a clean up

I've ran my anti virus and my spyware/malware/adware nothing serious and I was getting this problem before I installed Azureus.
