pls help me to remove the SSCVIHOST.exe and what anti spyware or anti malware can i use.. thanks

If you have no Virus protection then you should take quick action. If you have any current antivirus programs update them and scan your PC.

Download SpyBot - Search and Destroy and install the program. After installing the program, click on Search for Updates and download what the program finds. Click on Search & Destroy and on Check for problems. Delete what it finds.
Get Spybot Search & Destroy
Using Spybot - Search & Destroy to remove Spyware from Your Computer

Run an online scan like Trend Micro Housecall (IE/Firefox)

Download and install Avast! Antivirus onto your computer. At the end of the installation you will be prompted to run a boot scan.
Get Avast! free home edition.

Get the latest security updates for your computer, http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
