Hello I need help..

My USB drive seems to be infected by a certain virus, which I got from an internet café..
when I tried to open it at home, my computer got infected too…
it is because, I can’t remove my USB everytime I select the “safely remove hardware icon” and I can not format it too..
I tried to see its hidden files and there are these annoying folders that can not be erased and it is name as: SCVVHSOT and New Folder..
Another thing I tried opening my task manager but it won’t open.. "Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator" that’s what it said...
but Im using an administrator account...

So decided to go into bleepingcomputer.com forum and found out that I have most likely the same problem like tOpAx that he posted on last Decemcer 1, 2007..
I tried to follow all your instructions that was there and I was able to make it from running the flash disinfector until Combofix..
Unlike tOpAx, I was successful in running all those applications and my new hijackthislog is:

At first.. After doing exactly all your instructions The problems with my USB and with my Task Manager seems to be resolved.. however when I tried to turn it off and open the next day the problem again is back.. the only difference that I can see is that when I open my task manager, it automatically closed itself but no more pop ups that it is disabled by the administrator, but the thing is I can not open, besides same problem occurs with my usb as it says “ The device ‘Generic volume’ cannot be stopped right now. Try stopping the device again later.”
I tried to see its hidden files and there are these annoying folders that can not be erased and it is name as: SCVVHSOT and New Folder.. in my USB

I'll be waiting for responses... thank you very much for the help you can give me...
