My antivirus, Avast, opened a window that said my computer was infected with a Win32: Trojan-gen {UPX}. I scanned my computer, and Avast found 2 of those Trojans and a couple files that could'nt be scanned.

Here is the information:

Name of File:
D:\ISP\GLBLCNTR\WIN95_NT\PACKAGES\IE4NT_S4.CAB\IE4NT_4.CAB\IEXPLORE.CHM\iexplore.hhk
D:\ISP\GLBLCNTR\WIN95_NT\PACKAGES\IE4NT_S4.CAB\IE4NT_4.CAB\IEXPLORE.CHM\accessib_overide.htm
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{46DE8921-44D2-A9E9-64119261F211}\RP140\A0093535.exe\catchme.cfexe
C:\System Volume Information\_restore{46DE8921-44D2-A9E9-64119261F211}\RP147\A0096052.exe\catchme.cfexe

The first two were "Unable to scan: The operation is not supported for this type of archive."
The last two were "Infection: Win32: Trojan-gen {UPX}

I could not delete, repair, or move to chest for any item.

Hello Dyllan and welcome to the BC HijackThis forum. I do not see any signs of viruses or malware in the log. It is clean.

The first two files are part of and IE4 setup. The are FP's (false positives) produced by AdAware. They are fine.

The second 2 files are part of ComboFix. Has this program been run on this machine? They are fine also.

Cheers.

Yeah I've used ComboFix before when someone from the forum suggested I did.
