Welcome to BC zapper1

Is this an .exe file? msupd.exe is added by the IEACCESS DIALER. I'm not finding an info on what you posted with 27717.

Have you performed any anti-virus/anti-malware scans? If so what are they saying about this file?

Go to jotti's virusscan or virustotal.com. In the "File to upload & scan" box, browse to the location of the suspicious file and submit (upload) it for scanning/analysis.
Post back with the results of the file analysis.

If you're referring to the scan results from Jotti or Virus total, post it as a response to this thread.
