Hi,
I'm Gwyn and I hope you may be able to help me deal with a problem,
I keep getting a message from ntl Netguard saying "Spyware failed delete Pripi. To learn more, refer to our Spyware center."

I have followed your guidance on dealing with spyware/malware and have downloaded Ad-Aware SE, Spybot Search and destroy and Mcaffee Stinger and completed all scans and dealt with all spy/malware which they found (Pripi still present I believe as I am still getting messages to that effect.)

I have also downloaded Hijackthis and did the analysis and include the report as per your advice. Please can you help me sort out what to do next?

Your information has been of enormous help so far and I thank you for such clear and easy to follow advice, I'm a complete novice at dealing with the "inner workings" of computers so thank you again.

Sorry, I'm sending this again as I discovered by reading others post that may be I should have pasted my hijackthis log into my message so I have done so at the end of my quote. Thank you
